More Easter Gifts

When my parents brought down the gifts from my aunts (as mentioned in the last entry), they also brought down something from them, for us, and the girls. I was asleep when this video was taken, so I just barely got to watch this video for the first time like you are about to now.

Gotta love that tissue paper!

Easter Gifts

The weekend before Easter (3/14), my parents drove down from Salt Lake to visit us and spend time with the girls. This first video is of them opening gifts that were given to the girls from my two aunts who also live in SLC. Like every kid I've ever seen opening a gift, they seem to like the tissue paper more than the gift.

8 Months and Cruisin' Along

Today, being the 26th, makes it 8 months since the girls were born. So this afternoon, I went out and about with the girls, taking panoramic photos. Our final stop, my work. So instead of taking the girls out (while still in their car seats) and using the stroller, I found a cart and put the girls in it. Oh, they had a ball. Ady was the one strapped in, but I've learned now that it needs to be Chloe strapped in since she is the one that likes to do the standing up (at home and now in shopping carts).

Fire Up The Shoesaw

As you can see, I couldn't think of a title for this blog, so I used the title of a song from a soundtrack that just happened to be playing when I was trying to think of a title.

Any ways, the first clip is of Chloe saying "Ba-ba-ba..." for the first time. Second clip is of the girls getting their daily nighttime vitamins-- Not that great tasting (and it does not smell great either), but hilarious to watch. The third clip is of them playing/fighting over a bag of Animal Crackers.

An Afternoon at the St. George Arts Festival

On Saturday, Rachel and I took the girls over to her moms house, and then we all drove over (in separate vehicles) to Main Street (and Tabernacle) to check out the St. George Arts Festival.

It was not that exciting since we had to lug around the girls in the hot weather and to keep them out of the sun. Plus, we had to deal with the crowds of people moving so slowly and people who would stop in the middle of our path and say, "Look, honey, twins!" -- "Look Rachel, jackasses!"

Next year, I'm definitely taking the girls out to the Hurricane Car Show like I originally wanted to do this year.

Playing Around with the Girls

Sorry that I have not posted this video yet. Business is picking up and sitting down to post a new video is not an easy task now a days.

Here, one of the girls is pushing the other one in her walker. The second part is of me tickling one of the girls (sorry, can not remember who). The third part is of me getting Chloe to climb over the lower bar of the gate.

Changing the Name

On Monday (3/10), I mentioned to Rachel that I wanted to have some business cards professionally made up from a local company. She suggested that instead of having "" printed on the cards, that we change the name of my business to something much easier to remember.

If you did not know, I had already registered the domain name a few months ago. Since "iStGeorge" is much easier to remember (and spell out) than "", I went in and registered that name with the state of Utah, city of St. George, and my bank yesterday (3/17). I have also create a new logo and updated my business website (which is now up and running). All I have to do now is visit all the 3rd party websites that list my business name and to change/update any info.

If you are asking "Why?", like I said before, iStGeorge is much easier business name to remember. Even the URL will be easy and short enough for the general public to remember. Plus, since the "T" in "tech" is more towards the end of the alphabet, my business was listed mostly last. So this will push me more towards the top/beginning of any 3rd party listing.

If you are asking, "So what is going to happen to ''?" The company name is gone for good. As for the www, I do not have the time to save and then move EVERYTHING from the server (like data, pictures and videos from this site) to the server. So the WWW will stay. If you type in "", I have it so that you will be redirected to "".

If you have any questions about this move, feel free to contact me. Remember, will still take you to, so if you have my site bookmarked-- Don't panic and don't delete those bookmarks. My site will still be right here for now. Once websites have updated their information and time has passed (about a year), I may sell the domain to a company in California... But that will not be for some time.

Throwing A Fit

The other night, the girls started to get hungry. So normally they will cry/fuss when they want a bottle and we will get up and make them bottles. So Rachel decided to get up and head to the kitchen to make bottles for the girls -- That's when it happened. Both girls saw Rachel leave the room and head to the kitchen, so they started to get super fussy, started crying and started to crawl to the kitchen while crying. I took the video camera and got it all on tape. Enjoy!

Last of the February Videos

This fifth video is the last of videos that was taken in the month of February 2008. We brought the girls down to the master bedroom to play while we tried to fold some laundry, but we had to watch the girls more than doing our chores.

Now that we are done with February videos, I'll start to post the March videos in a few days. The one that we recorded (and I will post next) is one that Rachel just had to show everyone (the original file) at her work. What is it of? Well, come back in a little while and you will see.

Don't forget! If you have not checked it out, my Videos page is now up. Click on "Videos" on the menu bar above to visit that page.

A Heaping Plate of Videos

Before you watch the video, I just want to ask; Did you set your clocks forward by one hour today?

In this forth video of five (Yes, I finally finished the February videos), the girls are first being fed solids by their Aunt Aubrey. The second part, I am trying to play with the girls and their toys, but Ginger keeps getting in the way. In the third and last part of this video, Adelyn is starting to get the hang of crawling.

Roll Over Beethoven

While Rachel was at work, I took the video camera to record the girls because Adelyn, earlier that night, rolled from her back onto her stomach. So I wanted to get this on tape (or this case, on hard drive). Turns out, she knows how to do more tricks right after one trick. You'll have to watch the video to see what I am talking about.

The Mobile on Google Maps?

On Thursday, Rachel called and told me that the fliers that I placed on a few telephone poles around St. George, is a violation. The lieutenant of the SGPD told Rachel that I could have been fined $25 for each flyer (for the ones I didn't take down, $400), but thank goodness for Rachel, they told her that I had to take them down. So I had to wake the girls from their naps and go pull them all the fliers down.

While I was heading home after doing this, I notice a vehicle that looked similar to this, except the vehicle color was burnt orange with a sticker on the side that said "Google Maps". I tried to take a picture of the vehicle for here, but my stupid camera phone only took a picture of the hood of the car.

If you have not messed around with this feature on Google Maps, in some major cities (i.e., San Francisco, Salt Lake. etc), you are able to view a Street View of the street you want to travel on. You are able to go forward, left, right and backwards, and view a picture that Google has taken of that location. Try using this feature.

So when and if I do end up on Google Maps when they publish the pictures on their site, I'll post the pictures here.

Bath Time

In this second videos of the twins, we took video of the girls while they were in the bath. Enjoy!

I'm Workin' As Fast As I Can Here

Trust me folks, I'm working as fast as I can to look through the videos and trying to pick out the best footage to have in each video that I will post on YouTube. Since there is over 1 1/2 hour worth of videos, and I have gone through less than 30 minutes to get this first video, I just ask that you please be patient.

Just so we know you come back, we took video of the girls last night having a temper tantrum on video, just because they were hungry. But I will not post that one until last... Mainly because that is the last video.
